Choose your drawing
Start with your original drawing PDF. Choose the file, or drag it into the workspace. Multiple drawings are supported too.

Match your customer’s requirements
Set the options your customer needs: include basic dimensions, include reference dimensions, or give repeated features their own numbered result rows.

One click starts preparation
Then click Process and Bubble. The software prepares the drawing bubbles and report data together, so you can move directly into review.

In this sample run, the two-sheet drawing reached a reviewable draft within about four seconds. Processing time varies by drawing and computer.

Review directly on the drawing
Open Edit Bubbles to work directly on the drawing. Select a numbered bubble to see its requirement and drawing reference alongside it.

Check the extracted text, notes, and tolerances against your source. Make corrections right in the side panel, with no need to start over.

Move a bubble into clear space
Need a clearer drawing? Select a bubble and drag it into open space.

Keep the requirement connected
The leader stays connected to its requirement. You can also change the leader target when a callout needs a more precise connection.

Add a missed requirement
If something needs to be added, choose Add Bubble and click the requirement on the drawing.

Keep the drawing and report aligned
Enter the text and tolerance, check its reference, and keep going. Your edits update the characteristic list and the files you export.

Build GD&T without retyping symbols
The GD&T builder lets you select the geometric control, tolerance, and datum references, with a feature control frame preview.

Customer-specific flexibility
Keep reference dimensions excluded by default, or include them when your customer asks. Choose the preparation settings that fit the job.

Repeated features, separate result rows
For repeated features, separate instance rows can become four point one, four point two, four point three, and four point four.

Preview the FAI before export
Preview the three FAI forms in the app. Form One brings the part identity and drawing information together for review.

Material and process information
Form Two collects detected material and process entries. Check the specifications and add the supporting information your report needs.

Numbered characteristics, ready to complete
Form Three organizes numbered characteristics and drawing references. Inspection results remain blank for your team to complete and approve.

Export the package you need
After review, export the bubbled PDF, the Excel FAI, or a convenient package containing both.
